Look at what I made :)

  • Mood: wonderful
  • Weather: cool high of 55
  • Currently Reading: the picture of Dorian Grey

Good morning to all

I took a bead class in our bead club. Rose our teacher showed us how to make a draped bracelet. It was tons of fun!

Here is what I made.

I started by choosing 3 focal beads and 2 small. As you can see I choose the lilac pearl rose beads I made accented with Bali silver beads. I then took a piece of silver wire looped it through each bead making a chain and attaching the Bali clasp. The dangle is 5 links of sterling chain added to either side of the Bali bead, then 5 dangles were added to the chain. I used emerald Swarovski crystals with a gold wash finish, black Swarovski pearls, lilac pearl rosebuds yup I made them, and Bali silver. I handwrapped each link to the chain.

I made matching earrings.

I just love how it looks. It is so very beautiful and one of my favorite pieces that I have ever made.

If you would like to bid on or learn more about this lovely set click here. Bidding ends in 4 days so hurry. I have offered it at a very low price.
